60-Day Transformation Promise — Terms & Conditions

These Terms supplement Body Byte's main Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. "The Promise" is a program offered by Body Byte, Inc. ("Body Byte"). This program is intended for individuals looking to lose weight.

The Promise

If you consistently use the Body Byte app as intended for 60 consecutive days and do not achieve a Measurable Health Outcome, we will provide a full refund of your subscription fee for the program period and grant you a free Body Byte Lifetime Premium Membership.

1. Eligibility requirements

› Be a new Body Byte user with an active, paid subscription.
› Be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the United States.
› Formally enroll through the in-app prompt. Your 60-day period begins on the date of your first payment.
› Not have previously participated in or claimed a reward under this Promise.
› Consult a medical professional before beginning any new health, nutrition, or fitness program. Body Byte does not provide medical advice.

2. Your commitment: the Consistency Requirement

To qualify for the guarantee, you must meet the following for 60 consecutive days from your enrollment date:

› Daily logging: log at least one meal (photo, text, or voice) on at least 5 days out of every week, and the calories logged on each of those days must be at least 75% of your suggested intake for that day.
› Daily weigh-in: log your weight at least 5 times per week through a smart-scale integration.
› Profile setup: your starting weight must be accurately recorded on or before Day 1.

A "day" is a 24-hour period (12:00 AM–11:59 PM) in your local time zone. The app tracks your logging streak automatically; completing each log is your responsibility.

3. The "Measurable Health Outcome"

A Measurable Health Outcome is defined as losing at least 8 pounds (or 5% of your starting weight, whichever is more achievable) within the 60-day period. It is verified using the weight logged on or before the start and the final weight logged on or after Day 60.

4. The guarantee payout

If you met the Consistency Requirement for 60 consecutive days and did not achieve the Measurable Health Outcome, you are eligible for:

› Full refund of the subscription fees covering the 60-day program period, processed to your original payment method within 10–15 business days after approval.
› Free Lifetime Premium Membership — non-transferable, no cash value, access to all premium features for as long as the service is offered.

5. How to make a claim

Submit a claim within 14 days of completing your 60-day period: in the app, go to Settings → Help & Support → "60-Day Promise Claim." The app verifies your logging streak and weight data and auto-approves if eligible; data discrepancies may require additional information. All claims are subject to audit, and Body Byte may deny any claim it reasonably determines to be fraudulent or in violation of these Terms.

6. Disclaimers & limitations

› No medical advice: Body Byte is a technology platform, not a medical provider. Features are for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Individual results will vary.
› As-is service: the app and the Promise are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties except as explicitly stated here.
› Data accuracy: you are responsible for the accuracy of the data you log; the guarantee is based on the data you provide.
› Right to modify: Body Byte may modify or terminate this program at any time; changes won't affect users currently enrolled in their 60-day period.
